Atlanta, GA (July 7, 2019) – This morning around 10 a.m., police were called to the scene of a car accident involving injuries that took place in the northbound lanes of I-285.
According to police, the accident took place on the outer loop in the area of Chamblee Tucker Road in the right lane of traffic. There were delays for some time.
The accident involved two vehicles, one of which went off the side of the road while being struck, and into the median where it hit a guardrail with force. The vehicle was left with bad damages and at least one person was injured.
Paramedics and other responders were called to the scene to assist the parties involved. The investigation into the accident is ongoing at this time.
