Atlanta, GA (March 15, 2020) – Around 4:30 p.m., a serious car crash with severe injuries took place on the Ralph David Abernathy Freeway in Atlanta.
Police confirmed that the collision took place in the eastbound lanes of the highway near the area of Moreland Avenue in Atlanta.
The accident involved three or more vehicles and was deemed a chain-reaction collision that led to damages in multiple vehicles.
There were numerous emergency responders present at the scene of the accident. At least two fire trucks and EMS vehicles were present at the scene of the accident.
There were extensive delays due to the collision but police quickly cleared the accident scene.
No further details have been confirmed but the investigation is ongoing at this time.
