East Point, GA (March 15, 2020) – Around 11:29 p.m. last night, March 14, Fulton County authorities responded to the scene of a truck collision on a major highway.
Police confirmed that the collision took place in the southbound lanes of I-285 around the area of the Camp Creek Parkway in East Point.
The accident allegedly occurred when multiple vehicles collided in a construction zone, leading to severe damages and injuries. Numerous emergency responders were present at the scene of the accident.
There were heavy delays due to the accident. However, police were able to quickly clear the scene of the collision.
No further details have been provided. The investigation into the accident continues.
