Tucker, GA – Car Accident with Injuries Reported on US-78

Tucker, GA (March 17, 2020) – Around 6 a.m. this morning, a serious car accident with injuries took place on US-78 around the Brockett Road area.

Police did not comment on the exact circumstances of the accident but have said that two vehicles were racing one another, with one vehicle nearly hitting a responding officer. The crash took place at the bottom of the hill.

The accident blocked numerous lanes of traffic due to its severity. It was reported that one or more victims were injured as a result of the collision.

Police were active at the scene for several hours during rush hour. The investigation into the collision remains ongoing at this time.
