Atlanta, GA (July 4, 2019) On the evening of July 4th, a car crash happened on the Interstate 75 freeway at the access ramp to the Interstate 85 freeway in the southbound lanes. An unknown number of vehicles crashed into each other just south of Langford Parkway. The accident was reported before 7:45 p.m.
Emergency personnel arrived to assist everyone involved in the collision. Those who needed further assistance were taken to the closest hospitals in the area for immediate medical attention. The right lane was blocked as crews worked to remove all of the damaged vehicles.
Authorities are investigating to determine how many vehicles were involved and how many people sustained injuries.
