Atlanta, GA (July 15, 2019) – Police responded to the scene of a multi-vehicle crash that took place on Interstate 85 and led to injuries in one or more parties.
The accident, according to police, took place near the left shoulder at the median and multiple vehicles could be found with serious damages. Police are not yet sure what caused the vehicles to collide with one another.
The HOV lane was blocked for quite some time following the accident as emergency responders arrived to clear the scene and investigate. Police confirmed that paramedics were called in to help those who received injuries.
The investigation into the circumstances of the accident is currently ongoing.
