Atlanta, GA (July 14, 2019) – Police claim that a truck accident took place involving a big rig and smaller vehicles on Interstate 85 this early afternoon, July 14.
Police did not confirm the exact time of the circumstances but have said that the accident took place when multiple vehicles collided with a white big rig. All of the vehicles stopped at the scene of the accident and blocked the southbound lanes for some time until the scene was cleared.
Luckily, due to light Sunday traffic, there were no major delays in the area. Paramedics were called to the scene to assist those with injuries but we do not know how serious they were.
The investigation into the accident is ongoing at this time.
