Broxton, GA (July 16, 2019) – On Sunday afternoon, July 14, police responded to the scene of a fatal crash that took place at the intersection of GA-206 and GA-268 in Broxton.
According to the Georgia State Patrol in Coffee County, the 25-year-old woman was severely injured in the crash and was first taken to the Coffee Regional Medical Center. However, she passed away while there.
The crash allegedly took place at 1:30 p.m. at the intersection. A 2008 Dodge truck was at the intersection and continued rolling through, causing him to strike the woman’s motorcycle. The front of the bike and the passenger’s side of the truck collided with one another.
Charges are currently pending, according to police. The investigation into the accident continues.
