Atlanta, GA – Car Accident on GA-403 Near 17th St

Atlanta, GA (March 24, 2020) – Around 6:19 p.m. last evening, Atlanta Police responded to the scene of a car accident on a major highway in the area.

The accident occurred in the northbound lanes of GA-403 in the area of 17^th Street in Atlanta. The collision took place when multiple vehicles collided with one another.

Police confirmed that two left lanes of traffic were blocked for a period of time, leading to delays in the area.

Though the exact circumstances are not yet known, injuries were reported. EMS crews were present at the scene.

The investigation into the circumstances of the accident continues.
