Atlanta, GA (March 13, 2020) – On Wednesday, March 11, five people were killed during a fatal collision that took place on Bolton Road in Atlanta. Now, the victims involved in the collision have been identified by police.
The accident took place when the driver of a Nissan Sentra was driving along when it suddenly crossed the center line and collided with a bus.
The 32-year-old driver of the Nissan and a 12-year-old passenger were hospitalized at Grady Memorial in critical condition. Two children were killed in the collision, identified as a 4-year-old and 19-month-old. An 18-year-old and 22-year-old were also killed in the same vehicle.
The driver of the MARTA bus was also hospitalized with injuries. The passengers on the bus did not have injuries.
No further details were released but the investigation is currently ongoing.
