Cartersville, GA (March 22, 2020) – Paulding Sheriff’s deputies responded to a serious car crash involving two or more vehicles that took place in Cartersville.
Though the circumstances of the collision are not yet known, the accident closed down various lanes of GA-61 in the area of the GA Ballfield.
One vehicle, a silver sedan, had severe side and front-end damages. Wreckers were also at the scene of the accident.
Paramedics assisted those with injuries. However, the extent of the injuries are not yet known.
The investigation into the circumstances of the collision continues.
