Decatur, GA (March 27, 2020) – Around noon this afternoon, DeKalb County Police Department deputies responded to a car accident at a Decatur intersection.
Though few details are known concerning the accident, it is believed that two vehicles forcefully collided at the intersection of South Hairston Road and Covington Highway.
Paramedics and numerous other responders were present at the scene of the accident. They assisted those with injuries, though it is not known if the parties were hospitalized.
There were delays in the area, as numerous lanes of the highway were closed down.
The investigation into the accident is ongoing at this time.
