Doraville, GA (March 30, 2020) – Around 7:38 a.m. this morning, a serious vehicle collision took place on Buford Highway around the area of I-285.
Though few details are known regarding the collision, photographs showed that numerous vehicles collided with one another and multiple emergency responders were present at the scene.
The crash took place in the southbound lanes of traffic for reasons that are not yet known. One vehicle was parked off the shoulder of the highway and numerous victims were being assisted.
Police confirmed that two or more victims received injuries due to the collision but the extent of their injuries is not yet known.
The two right lanes of traffic were completely blocked.
The investigation into the collision is ongoing at this time.
