Douglasville, GA (March 18, 2020) – Around 8:30 a.m. this morning, Fayette County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the scene of a car crash at a local intersection.
The collision allegedly took place when two vehicles collided at the intersection of Forrest Avenue and GA-92 in Douglasville.
The accident was severe and caused serious damages to the involved vehicles. Numerous emergency responders were in the area to assist those in need. Injuries were reported as a result.
One lane of traffic was blocked, leading to delays at the intersection for a period of time.
The investigation into the circumstances of the accident continues.
