Griffin, GA (March 13, 2020) – Around 10:10 p.m. last night, March 12, injuries were reported in a car crash at the intersection of Jordan Hill Road and Spring Dale Drive.
Various emergency responders were dispatched to the scene of the collision including Spalding Fire Department, Spalding Regional EMS, and various other responders.
Police confirmed that a driver lost control of his vehicle, which caused it to travel into a wooded area where it struck several trees. There was a female in the vehicle who was taken to Spalding Regional Hospital with heavy bleeding and facial wounds.
The vehicle was removed from the scene and the roadway was reopened.
The investigation is ongoing by the Georgia State Patrol at this time.
