Marietta, GA (March 16, 2020) – At 8 a.m. this morning, two vehicles collided forcefully at a Marietta intersection for reasons that are still under investigation.
According to authorities in Marietta, the collision occurred at the intersection of the Cobb Parkway and Gresham Road.
Various emergency responders were immediately dispatched to the scene of the collision where they discovered two vehicles with heavy damages. Paramedics assisted those with injuries but the extent of the injuries are not yet known.
The intersection was closed down in the area for a period of time, leading to extensive delays.
The investigation into the accident is ongoing at this time.
