Jonesboro, GA (March 16, 2020) – Around 5:30 a.m. this morning around the time of rush hour, a car accident took place on Tara Boulevard around the Home Depot area.
Clayton County Police deputies responded to the scene of the accident, where they discovered that numerous parties collided with one another, leading to serious damages.
The accident took place in the right lanes of traffic and blocked the right shoulder for some time. This led to delays in the area.
Paramedics assisted at the scene of the accident, though the extent of the injuries is not yet known.
The investigation into the collision is ongoing at this time.
