Palmetto, GA – Car Accident in NB Lanes of GA-403

Palmetto, GA (March 14, 2020) – At 6 a.m. this morning, Coweta County deputies responded to the scene of a serious car accident on GA-403.

According to authorities, the collision took place in the northbound lanes of the highway around the area of Collinsworth Road.

The accident led to severe damages in one of the involved vehicles. Emergency responders were present at the scene to assist those with injuries.

All lanes of traffic were blocked for a short period of time due to the collision. Traffic was diverted onto Collinsworth for several hours.

Police were able to quickly clear the scene but their investigation continues.
