Marietta, GA – Car Accident on I-75 Near Delk Rd

Marietta, GA (March 14, 2020) – Around 2:46 p.m. this afternoon, a car accident took place in the northbound lanes of I-75 in Marietta.

According to authorities, the collision took place near the area of Delk Road and led to injuries.

Photographs taken at the scene showed that two SUVs collided with one another and ran into the median guardrail. There were extensive front-end damages to the vehicles involved.

Paramedics and various other emergency responders were called to the scene of the collision. They assisted those with injuries, though their conditions are not yet known.

Two left lanes of traffic were blocked for a period of time.

No further details have been released but the investigation is ongoing.
