Rockmart, GA (March 16, 2020) – Around 2:30 a.m. yesterday morning, March 15, one person was killed in a fatal motorcycle accident on Braswell Road.
According to authorities, the collision took place around the area of Highway 278 when a 44-year-old man attempted to avoid a vehicle on the roadway but collided with it.
When responders arrived at the scene, they found the victim with severe injuries. He was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision.
The Georgia State Patrol continues their investigation into the accident.
