Savannah, GA – 1 Person Killed in Fatal Accident on GA-204

Savannah, GA (March 10, 2020) – Chatham County Police responded to the scene of a fatal accident on GA-204 yesterday, March 9.

The accident took place when two or more vehicles collided with each other for reasons that are not yet known. The accident was so severe that it closed down westbound lanes and caused delays in the eastbound lanes.

One person was tragically killed at the scene of the accident and it is not known if anyone else was injured as a result of the collision.

Traffic was delayed for a period of time following the accident. Police continue their investigation into the accident.
