Senoia, GA – 2 Killed in Fatal Head-on Collision on GA-85

Senoia, GA (March 9, 2020) – Around 2 p.m. yesterday, March 8, two juveniles were killed in a fatal head-on collision on GA-85 in Senoia.

A 16-year-old driver was in an Acura TL driving on GA-85 in the area of Musick Park Drive when she suddenly crossed over into the opposite lane of traffic. Her vehicle struck a pickup truck.

The driver of the pickup truck saw the vehicle coming toward his vehicle and tried to slam on his brakes but was unable to avoid the collision. The driver of the truck was taken to the hospital with a dislocated hip and various other injuries.

The driver of the Acura and a 5-year-old passenger were both tragically pronounced dead at the scene.

The Georgia State Patrol continues their investigation into the accident.
