Stonecrest, GA – Car Accident in EB Lanes of I-20

Stonecrest, GA (March 17, 2020) – Around 9:30 p.m. last night, DeKalb County authorities responded to the scene of a car accident with injuries in Stonecrest.

According to police, the collision took place in the eastbound lanes of I-20 near the area of Panola Road.

Police have not yet confirmed the circumstances leading up to the accident but it is believed that two or more vehicles collided with one another in the area.

The accident led to delays past the area of Wesley Chapel Road. However, police quickly cleared the scene.

Injuries were reported.

No further details have been provided but the investigation into the accident is currently ongoing.
