Cobbtown, GA (July 9, 2019) – On Monday, July 8, police responded to the scene of a fatal crash involving a passenger vehicle and tractor in Cobbtown, Candler County.
Police are not sure of the circumstances leading up to the accident but confirmed that one life was taken. The deceased was identified as a 98-year-old man who was operating a tractor at the time.
Police have also said that the party killed in this accident lived about a mile away from where the crash took place.
The investigation into the accident continues at this time.
