Moultrie, GA (July 12, 2019) – On Tuesday, police in Moultrie were called to the scene of a three-vehicle accident that led to injuries on Highway 133.
A Georgia State Patrol trooper arrived at the scene of the accident where he found that the accident took place when two vehicles initially collided and then struck a third one.
Initially, two vehicles were headed northbound on 133. One struck the trailer of the other vehicle, which threw the car into the other lane of traffic. That vehicle then struck a third one head-on.
Serious injuries were reported but we do not know their extent at this time, as police are still working on their report and continue to investigate.
