Atlanta, GA – Car Accident on I-285 Near Cascade Rd

Atlanta, GA (March 22, 2020) – Around 5 p.m. last evening, March 21, multiple vehicles collided on a major highway around Cascade Road in Atlanta.

Atlanta Police, fire crews, and paramedics all responded to the call last evening when the vehicles collided for reasons that are still under investigation.

The crash allegedly occurred in the northbound lanes of I-285, causing serious delays after two lanes of traffic were closed down in the area.

Paramedics were present at the scene of the collision and assisted those with injuries. However, the extent of the injuries are not yet known.

Police continue their investigation into the circumstances of the collision.
