Loganville, GA (March 21, 2020) – Around 11:21 a.m. this morning, Walton County deputies responded to the scene of a fatal pedestrian accident on Sunny Hill Drive in Loganville.
Police confirmed that a child was struck by a passing vehicle on the roadway this morning. It is believed that the child tragically passed away at the scene.
The driver of the vehicle that struck the child stayed at the scene but no other details regarding the accident are known.
The Georgia State Patrol and Walton County Sheriff’s Office continue their investigation into the accident.
