Dallas, GA (March 6, 2020) – This morning, police discovered a body and found that a victim was struck in a fatal hit-and-run accident on State Route 381 in Dallas.
Police claim that the victim was found with injuries consistent with being struck by a motor vehicle. The crash took place just south of Cedarcrest Road, according to Paulding County deputies.
Police have not yet been able to confirm who struck the victim but they worked on their investigation while the roadway was closed down for several hours in the area.
The investigation is currently ongoing.
