Dawsonville, GA (March 12, 2020) – Around 6:41 a.m. this morning, a car accident with injuries took place on a major highway in Dawsonville.

According to authorities, the collision occurred in the southbound lanes of US-19 near the area of Dawson Forest Road.

According to authorities, the collision took place in the left lane of traffic, leading to lane delays in the Cumming area.

Police were able to clear the scene. Injuries were reported but the extent of the injuries are not yet known.
