Fort Oglethorpe, GA (March 2, 2020) – Last evening, the Fort Oglethorpe Police Department responded to the scene of a school bus accident that led to injuries.
According to police, the collision took place between a school bus and a passenger vehicle on the Battlefield Parkway, also known as GA-2 in the area.
The crash took place in front of the local Walmart. Police confirmed that there were no students on the bus but that minor injuries were reported.
The investigation into the collision continues at this time.
