LaFayette, GA (March 5, 2020) – Around 9 a.m. this morning, Chattooga County authorities responded to the scene of a multi-vehicle collision on a local highway.
Police confirmed that multiple vehicles collided with one another on the Martha Berry Highway (Highway 27) in the area of Bojangles.
The Georgia State Patrol and various EMS crews were called to assist at the scene of the accident. At least two or more victims were injuries but the extent of their injuries is not yet known.
Police continue to investigate the circumstances leading up to the accident.
