Savannah, GA – Head-on Truck Collision on Fort Argyle Rd

Savannah, GA (March 27, 2020) – Three people were seriously injured in a head-on truck collision that took place at 500 Fort Argyle Road in Savannah.

Savannah Police responded to the scene where they discovered that a septic tank truck and a dump truck collided with one another for reasons that are not completely known.

Three people were severely injured due to the accident and transported to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.

The accident was so severe that it closed down both eastbound and westbound lanes of traffic for some time in the area.

Police continue to investigate the circumstances leading up to the accident.
