Lithia Springs, GA (March 30, 2020) – Around 7 a.m. this morning, a car accident took place in the northbound lanes of Lee Road in Lithia Springs.
Douglas County law enforcement officials, fire crews, and paramedics responded to the scene of the accident to assist those in need. The crash took place just north of I-20.
Though the exact circumstances of the collision are not known, it is believed that two or more vehicles collided, blocking the roadway and leading to delays for some time.
Paramedics assisted those with injuries, though it is not known if any were hospitalized.
The investigation into the accident is currently ongoing.
